One Medical Urgent Care is your alternative to the Emergency Room for minor illnesses and injuries. We are committed to providing prompt, professional, and cost effective medical care for both adult and pediatric patients. Our team of experienced Emergency Room clinicians is ready to treat you for all types of medical conditions. We have X-ray, blood and urine testing services available on-site. No appointments or referrals needed.
When to Visit One Medical Urgent Care:
One Medical Urgent Care provides treatment of conditions that require immediate medical attention (usually within 24 hours), but are not life-threatening or serious enough to require hospitalization. We provide a caring environment and services to treat conditions such as:
- Accidents and falls
- Sprains and strains
- Back injuries
- Breathing difficulties (i.e., mild to moderate asthma)
- Eye irritation and redness
- Fever or flu
- Vomiting or diarrhea
- Severe sore throat or cough
- Broken bones
- Skin infections or rash
- Urinary tract infections
When to Call 9-1-1 or Visit the Emergency Room:
Patients experiencing any life-threatening medical emergency should call 9-1-1 immediately. Life-threatening medical emergencies include but are not limited to:
- Chest pain
- Difficulty breathing
- Severe bleeding
- Serious traumatic injuries
- Loss of consciousness
- Confusion
- Seizures
- Severe or repeated vomiting
- Sudden numbness or weakness, especially on one side of the body
- Difficulty walking, talking and seeing
- Sudden and severe headache
- In children, medical emergencies also include fast/rapid breathing or trouble breathing; bluish skin color; not drinking enough fluids when there is repeated vomiting and diarrhea; not waking up or not interacting; and irritability or sudden change in behavior or activity level when sick.
