Can I make an appointment ahead of time?

 Appointments can be arranged on a limited basis, dependent on Dr. Buckner’s availability. All appointments will be seen by Dr. Buckner. Most appointments can be seen within 1-3 days.

Do you treat patients of all ages?

At One Medical, we treat patients of any age, including children of any age; We will see, evaluate & treat patients for any problem.

Can I use my health insurance plan?

At One Medical we require payment upfront for service rendered on that day. We accept MasterCard, Discover , Visa , and  Cash. ( We DO NOT accept American Express or Checks )

If you have insurance, we will gladly file the visit for you, with your insurance, (for a nominal charge) and you should receive what your insurance pays directly from them,  a short time later.

Can I get x-rays at your clinic?

Yes we provide digital X-rays, and we can diagnose and treat fractures & orthopedic injuries, as well as lacerations of all types.

Can I call to have my prescription refilled?

An office visit is required for any medication refills.

I was hurt on the job. Do you diagnose and treat worker’s compensation injuries?

Yes. You can  simply walk into One Medical clinic.

I was involved in a car accident. Do you diagnose and treat car accident injuries?

Yes. Please bring your photo ID and auto insurance card along with you to the appointment. You can simply come to our One Medical clinic.
